Talley shot a 3-under 69 Sunday in the second round of the Symetra Tour Championship and sits in fourth place, three shots off the lead. She will tee off at 9:09am Monday in the final round of the rain-shortened event in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Talley shot a 4-under 68 in the first round that propelled her into second place for most of the round. Her second round included five birdies and two bogeys.

The former NCAA Champion needs a top ten finish on the Symetra Tour money list in order to qualify for the LPGA Tour. She entered the weekend sitting in tenth place. Here is the breakdown of the golfers in and around Talley on the leaderboard and what her chances look like:

• Rachel Rohanna leads the Symetra Tour event at -10, but cannot pass Talley on the money list even if she wins the event and claims the $30,000 first prize.

• Yu Liu and Benyapa Niphatsophon are tied for second place at 8-under. Both are already ahead of Talley on the money list.

• Daniela Darquea entered the weekend just behind Talley in 11th place but missed the cut and will not receive any money in the event.

• Sophia Popov is 12th on the money list, $10,500 behind Talley, but sits in 23rd place this week seven shots behind Talley.

• Kendall Dye is 13th on the list, $13,500 behind Talley. She is in fifth place at 6-under par and can pass Talley if she wins the event Monday.

• Paola Moreno sits in eighth place with a score of 3-under. She is 13th on the money list and $13,200 behind Talley. Talley can stay ahead of Moreno with a top-five finish even if Moreno makes up her seven-shot deficit to win the event.

• Katleyn Dambaugh, who graduated from the University of South Carolina in the spring, passed Talley on the money list last week. However, she missed the cut this week and will not receive a check. Talley will most likely make more than $1,300 this weekend, which would move her past Dambaugh and give Talley some breathing room on the money list. Dambaugh was the only player in the top ten to miss the cut.
