Coming off a shutout loss last week to McLean County, the Todd County Central Rebels were overwhelmed by the visiting Owensboro Catholic Aces on Friday night in Elkton.  The Aces rolled to a 61-6 win, moving to 6-3 on the year and riding a four game winning streak.  The Rebels are going in the opposite direction, having lost three of their last four and falling to 5-3.

Over the last two weeks the Rebels have managed only 6 points and allowed 83.  The 55 point losing margin is the worst for Todd County since a 57-0 loss at Glasgow to open the 2011 season.

The Rebels will look to get back on track when they play 2nd District rival Butler County on Thursday.  The winless Bears (0-8) had to move the game to Warren East due to an infestation of skunks, moles, and grub worms at their home field.
