Ironically, the Wildcats won the game with a 3-pointer after missing ten of their first 11 shots behind the arc in the first half. They hit 4-of-7 in the second half.

Caldwell County, who was playing without two starters, relied on their leading scorer Derrin Boyd to lead the way early in the game. Boyd scored 11 of his 13 first half points in the opening quarter as Caldwell jumped out to a 16-9 lead.

Cayden Fraliex scored six of his 13 points in the second quarter as the Tigers built a 28-17 lead by halftime.

Bingham finished with eight points, while Triplet had seven points and six assists.

Boyd led Caldwell County with 24 points and 15 rebounds, while Fraliex added 13 points.
