Diion Leavell Is one of the few high school athletes who can weigh college scholarship offers in two different sports before deciding on his future.
The Christian County senior had a breakout season on the gridiron, rushing for 500 yards and seven touchdowns.
However, Diion is known more for his achievements on the wrestling mat. Leavell finished third in the state in the 170-pound class as a junior. This year, he is ranked third in the 182-pound class and has lost to in-state wrestlers just twice this year.
Diion is active in FBLA at Christian County and attends New Work Fellowship with most of his Colonel wrestling teammates.
