Warriors Fall on the Road to North Hardin Christian

2-1-jones

Heritage Christian Academy battled early foul trouble and couldn’t dig out of a first half hole as they lost 61-46 at North Hardin Christian Tuesday.

Leading scorers Gavin Fowler and Dalton Folz sat for long stretches in the game due to foul trouble. North Hardin Christian, ranked eighth in this week’s KCAA Power Poll, jumped out to a 21-12 lead after one quarter and kept a 37-25 lead at halftime.

Fowler scored eight of his team-high 13 points in the third quarter as HCA tried to mount a rally. Rajah Mills scored 10 points, and Josh Jones scored seven for the Warriors, who dropped to 9-13 overall and 1-6 in conference play.

HCA returns to action Saturday when they host West Academy for their homecoming.
