Hopkinsville’s 400-yard freestyle relay team of Koby Batts, Bryce Robinson, Spencer Walker, and Preston White finished 16th Saturday at the Pannell Swim Shop/KHSAA Swimming and Diving Championships at the University of Louisville.
The quartet swam a time of 3:26.08 in the preliminaries Friday to finish 15th and qualify for Staurday’s finals. The team swam a faster time Saturday at 3:25.96 to finish 16th. They were seeded 13th with an entry time of 3:26.54.
On Friday, Ella Falco had the best finish of the Lady Tigers swimmers with an 18th place finish in the 200-yard freestyle in a time of 1:58.75.
