After scoring three runs or less in their last four games, Trigg County found their bats and hammered Ballard Memorial 10-0 in five innings Friday at the Complex.
The Wildcats banged out 10 hits, including a solo home run by Jake Terrell.
Riley Stallons had an RBI triple, and Savion Radford and Darrin Brown knocked in two runs with doubles.
Stallons, Trevor Cortner, and Micah Brown each had two hits for Trigg County, who improved to 2-3 against Region One teams.
Tyler Ladd and Ashton Plymale combined on a one-hitter. Ladd struck out three in four innings, and Plymale fanned two in one inning of work.
Trigg County (11-8) will travel to Livingston Central for a Fifth District game that was rescheduled from Thursday.
