The UHA boys’ soccer team continued its strong, late-season play with a 10-2 destruction of visiting Hopkins County Central on Tuesday at Givens Field. The Blazers have won 3 of 4 to improve to 10-4-1, while the Storm slip to 6-11-1 overall.
Will Bryan led the way for the Blazers with 4 goals and 4 assists, followed by Ian Calvert with 2 goals and 3 assists. Tanner Thomas finished with a hat trick, with Mack Major rounding out the scoring. Dylan Edmonson and Simon East each had an assist.
The Blazers close out regular-season play with a home match against Ohio County (8-6-3) on Thursday.
