Fort Campbell snapped a seven-match winless streak with a 2-1 win over Todd County Central Wednesday night on post.
Amy Brumfield got Todd County on the board with goal that stood into halftime. Brumfield’s goal for Todd Central came off an assist from Maddye Drummond who set the school’s career assist mark with 20.
Kaitlyn Cervantes answered for Fort Campbell early in the second half with a penalty kick that tied the match at 1-1.
Cervantes added another goal in the 45th minute that proved to be all of the scoring in the contest. For the Lady Falcon junior, it was her team-leading 18th goal of the season.

Todd County Central (7-10) will play Franklin-Simpson Tuesday in the 13th District Tournament in Franklin as they look to repeat as champions.
Fort Campbell (5-8-1) will host University Heights in the Eighth District semifinals Monday on post.
