A Trigg County golfer is among those recognized as members of the All 1st Region Boys Golf Team. The Kentucky Golf Coaches Association announced the members of the teams Friday morning.
Members of the 1st Region team included Trigg County’s Hunter Reynolds.
Reynolds finished his season tied for 68th at this year’s state golf tournament. He became the first Trigg County golfer since Carter Sholar in 2014 to qualify for the state tournament, and his finish is the best since Nick Choate tied for fifth in 2013.

Chuck Whitnell, of Graves County, was named Coach of the Year.
