University Heights Academy senior Isaiah Pantiere made his Blazer debut with four wins, and Tomas Duncan added a pair of wins to lead the Blazers to a sixth place finish Saturday at the Henderson County Colonel Classic.
BOYS
Isaiah Pantiere won the 100-meters (11.23); 200-meters (22.46); 400-meters (53.45); and long jump (20-09.5)
Tomas Duncan won the 1600-meters (4:51.17) and 3200-meters (10:26.41)
3200-meter relay team was 8th (9:45.77)
GIRLS
Muki Kunnmann – 4th in the 3200-meters (13:34.64); 8th in the 1600-meters (6:07.49)
Lainey Burman – 8th in the discus throw (74-02)
Vallie Smith – 12th in the shot put (24-01.25)
The UHA boys’ team scored 61 points and finished sixth in the 14-team field. The Lady Blazers totaled eight points and finished in 12th place.
