Lyon County head coach Ricky Baker said it took a team effort for his squad to knock off University Heights and pitcher Drew McGowan, who is headed to Mississippi State University.
The Lyons beat the Blazers 10-6 in the 2nd Region All A Classic championship game Thursday night in Marion and will next face 1st Region champion Murray in the All A event.
