South Warren outhomered Christian County 4-3 and outscored them 15-5 Saturday afternoon, snapping the Lady Colonels’ six-game winning streak.
The Spartans jumped out to a 7-0 lead and outhit Christian County 22-9 in the contest.
Emmy Blane and Hope Jones both homered for Christian County as part of two-hit days. Tenley Gilbert added her fourth home run of the year.
Madison Stumbo homered for South Warren (14-8) during her four-hit day, and Jess Bush homered and drove in four runs.
Gracie Harned started for Christian County and took the loss in the circle.
Christian County (20-4) returns to action Monday at Trigg County.
