The UHA Blazers outhit host Livingston Central on Monday night, but were done in by five errors in a 8-3 loss to the Cardinals.  Livingston avenges a 4-0 loss to the Blazers in the first round of the 2nd-Region All-A tournament to snap a four-game skid and move to 6-10 overall.  The Blazers see a two-game win streak snapped to slip to 10-10 on the year.

With the game tied at 1-1 in the bottom of the second, the Cardinals loaded the bases before taking the lead on a wild pitch.  Carson Kitchens followed with an RBI single and later come home on a Blazer error for a 4-1 advantage.

The Blazers got a run back in the third when Drew McGowan came home on an error, and Dan Johnson singled to score Tanner Thomas to trim the margin to one.  However, that would be all the scoring for the Blazers, as Livingston pitcher Dakota Lamb allowed a single hit over the final four innings to close out the complete-game win.

Thomas took the loss for the Blazers, working 4.1 innings while allowing 8 runs, 2 earned, with 8 walks and 5 strikeouts.  Mason Price allowed a hit over the final one and two-thirds with a walk and a strikeout.
