The University Heights Academy girls’ track and field team brought home a fifth place finish at the Henderson Invitational Friday, while the boys’ team finished seventh.
Evelyn Morales brought home a first place finish in the high jump and third in the 300-meter hurdles. She equaled a season best height of five-feet in the high jump.
Connor Dill finished second in the 300-meter hurdles, but his time of 44.42 was a season best.
Isiah Pantiere won the 200-meter dash and was edged at the finish in the 100-meter dash by Hopkinsville’s Xavier Bussell.
UHA’s girls totaled 74 points to finish in fifth place. Henderson County and Daviess County tied for the title with 107 points.
The guys finished in seventh place with 31 points.
