After a timing malfunction on Friday night at the Area 1 Championships at McCracken County, Lyon County’s Jeremy Gonzales was forced to re-run his heat in the 110M hurdles, but it didn’t stop him from putting up a time of 17.27, good enough for ninth out of twenty runners.
Afterward, Gonzales talked about his performance and the difficulty of having to repeat the heat, while pointing to 16.00 or lower as his goal for the upcoming regional meet.
