After leading Lyon County in scoring last fall, Lyon senior Travis Crayne has signed to play soccer at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Ky.
Crayne held his signing ceremony Monday morning in the Lyon County High School library.
Crayne scored 17 goals in 18 games for the Lyons earlier this school year.
At Lindsey Wilson, he joins one of the top NAIA men’s soccer programs in the country.
The Blue Raiders went 15-3-1 this past season. Lindsey Wilson fell from seventh to 18th in the NAIA Postseason Coaches Poll after a 1-0 loss to Madonna (Mich.) in the NAIA Opening Round.
