The University Heights Academy duo of Dylan Edmonson and Brady Bilyeu are set to head off to Lexington this week. The pair will be making their second straight appearance in the boys double competition when play gets underway Thursday.
Edmonson and Bilyeu are set to take to the courts at the University of Kentucky at 11:45 Thursday morning. They will square off against the Bowling Green entry of Ronit Patel and Tate Sine. Edmonson and Bilyeu are coming off a strong performance in this year’ regional tournament.
In 2018, Edmonson and Bilyeu lost their opening round match 0-6, 1-6 to Landon Gann and Parker Young, from Greenwood, one of the top pairs out of the 4th Region.
If Edmonson and Bilyeu should win their opening match Thursday, they would return to the courts at UK at 315 Thursday afternoon.
