Weston Wood has enjoyed a busy summer. However, he prefers numbers in the low to mid-80s on the thermometer and not the golf course. The University Heights Academy senior has played in some events over the summer, but Monday’s Junior PGA stop in Bowling Green was his first in two weeks. He shot an 82 and knows it’s a matter of fine-tuning his game before the high school season begins in three weeks.
