Trigg County easily won a three-team golf match Thursday at the Mayfield Country Club with all four scorers breaking 40 for the first time in a match this year.
Ty Butts led the Wildcat golfers with a 1-over par 37. Hunter Reynolds, Grayson Thomas, and Trey Carr all shot a 38 as Trigg County totaled a score of 151. Dallas Ahart shot a season-best 39, and Haydon Reynolds added a 46.
Graves County’s Kobe Allen shot an even par 36 to take medalist honors. Carlisle County finished 25 shots behind Trigg County in second place, while Graves County (187) was third.
