A solid effort Saturday for the Hopkinsville Lady Tigers cross county team at the Muhlenberg Stampede. Individually, Allison Wood picked up a 3rd place finish with a time of 20:24.13. That time placed her just behind Dinah Winders, of Henry County, and Joy Alexander, of Madisonville.
In the team competition, the Lady Tiger placed third with a total of 75 points, just six points behind second place Webster County. Daviess County “ran away” with first place on the girls side with 27 points.
