The Colburn sisters came through for Hopkinsville Thursday at the Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club and helped the Lady Tigers to a match win.
Ellie and Ava Colburn both shot a round of 48 to help Hopkinsville beat University Heights by 13 shots.
Cate Blane overcame a slow start to post a 50, while Anna Fort shot a 51, and Anna Blane had a 53. Audrey Rains played as an individual and had the lowest score for Hoptown – a 46. Teams can only have five golfers’ scores eligible for a team score, which must be announced before the round starts.
Christian County’s Bridget Owens took medalist honors with a score of 41.
