Fort Campbell made 9-of-14 free throws in the fourth quarter and overcame a late deficit to beat Pleasant View Christian 48-45 in their first basketball scrimmage of the preseason.
Cameron Pratt led the Falcons with 24 points before fouling out with two minutes left.
Fort Campbell, who was 5-21 last year, will scrimmage at Montgomery Central Thursday. The Falcons open their season Dec. 5 against Dawson Springs.
