Jeff Doom joked that his team had improved “a thousand percent” from earlier this season after Lyon County’s girls knocked off Caldwell County 56-37 Saturday for the 2nd Region All A Classic championship.
The Lady Lyons are now 9-9 after opening the season 1-6.
Lyon will play in the state All A Classic starting Wednesday in Richmond.
