Fort Campbell Archery Program Continuing to Make Strides

Fort Campbell’s young archery program continues to make strides as the Falcons competed in two tournaments Saturday.  The Falcons finished third at the South Hopkins Middle School Classic with a season-high score.  Fort Campbell also finished fourth at the Chandler’s Archery Tournament in Russellville.

At South Hopkins, Kaydence Gamblin had the high score for Fort Campbell with a 280.  She finished third out of 55 female archers.  Koltein Branum and Isaac Witt had the high scores for the guys with a 277.  Branum finished sixth and Witt seventh.

Here are the top 12 scores for Fort Campbell at South Hopkins:

Kaydence Gamblin – 280 (3rd in female division)

Koltein Branum – 277 (6th in male division)

Isaac Witt – 277 (7th place)

William DeShazo – 262 (20th)

Johnanthan Labeef – 255 (28th)

Pilar Gatto – 250 (31st)

Abigail Duncan – 250 (32nd)

Greg Labeef – 246 (35th)

Jakobi Amaker – 231 (40th)

Evan Anderson – 231 (42nd)

Brentley Solise – 228 (42nd)

Kaden Witt – 222 (44th)

 

In the Chandler’s Tournament, Russellville totaled 3,009 points to finish in fourth place, which was 11 points behind third place Logan County.
