Former Caldwell County standout John Davis was a freshman this year at Midway University. Like every other athlete, his first college season was cut short by the COVID-19 crisis.
Davis, a member of the baseball and basketball squad at Caldwell, was playing this spring for another former Tiger, Luther Bramblett, on the baseball program at Midway University.
