Madisonville golfer Jackson Hill saw a four shot improvement as he finished tied for 16th place at the Golf Week Junior Golf Tour stop at Elks Run Golf Club in Batavia, Ohio Tuesday.
Hill had a birdie and seven bogeys in shooting a 6-over 77 in Monday’s first round. He was more consistent Tuesday with three birdies in shooting a 2-over 73.
Hill’s two day score of +8 was 11 shots behind the winner, Connor Gdovin of Highland Heights, Ohio.
