Caldwell County’s Austin Crick overcame a slow start to finish fourth at the Bluegrass Tour stop at the Benton Country Club Tuesday.
Crick bogeyed his first four holes but rallied to shoot 2-over in his final six holes of the day. He also had a birdie on the back nine.
Crick’s round of 86 was six shots behind the winner, Aidan Hahn of Paducah. The Caldwell County freshman has finished in the top five in all three of his Bluegrass Tour events this summer.
