Hunter Reynolds shot a 1-over par 72 to lead Trigg County to a fourth-place finish Thursday at the Christian County Invitational.
The Western Hill Golf Course was playing at par-71 due to some construction work on the par-4 ninth hole. It played at par-3 Thursday.
Madisonville’s Jackson Hill shot a 3-under 68 to claim the individual title.
Ty Butts just missed a top-10 finish with a round of 77 that placed him in a tie for 13th place. Haydon Reynolds tied for 22nd place with a round of 81. Trey Carr was one shot behind him with an 82, and Grayson Thomas shot a 90.
As a team, Trigg County finished in fourth place with 312 points, which was ten points behind the winner, Greenwood. Daviess County and Madisonville tied for second place.
Trigg County also fielded a second team in the event. Greyson Grissom led the way in 28th place with an 82. Dallas Ahart, Stephen Audas, and Tyler Ahart all shot an 89.
