Three Trigg County Wildcats are among the basketball players listed among the top players in the state in the August update from basketball guru Rick Bolus. Bolus released his latest list on kyprephoops.com.
Among the Trigg County players included on the list are juniors Khyran Vaughn and Kendric Adams, and freshman Jhaden Vaughn.
During the 2019-2020 season, Adams averaged 8.9 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. Adams is listed among the top 61 juniors in the state in Bolus’ rankings.
Khyran Vaughn averaged 8.2 points and 8 rebounds per contest for the Wildcats during the 2019-2020 season. Vaughn is also listed among the top 61 juniors in Kentucky in the rankings.
Jhaden Vaughn finished the year averaging 9.5 points and 4.8 rebounds per game. He is listed among the top 8 freshman in the state.
Trigg County finished the 2019-2020 season at 11-19, falling to Crittenden County 61-59 in the 5th District semifinals.
