After opening the season with a shutout victory over Russellville all the way back on September 8, the Todd County Central girls’ soccer team fell 4-1 to visiting Warren Central on Thursday night. The Lady Rebels slip to 1-1 with a big All “A” matchup with Monroe County coming up on Saturday.
Todd County trailed 2-0 at the halftime break before Madison Henderson tallied her third goal of the season for the Lady Rebels only score. Henderson was on hand to put away a loose ball in the box after Warren Central failed to clear after a corner kick. The Lady Dragons held a 14-3 edge in shots on goal, with Sam Case making 10 saves in goal for the Lady Rebels.
