Marshall County’s two-day total of 619 was the lowest for a state champion in three years. South Warren was second, and Lexington Christian and Sacred Heart finished tied for third 40 shots back.
Seventh-grader Trinity Beth finished at 5-over for the two days, good for fourth place. Teammate Savannah Howell was one shot back in fifth place.
Megan Hertter finished tied for 16th place at 16-over par. Katie Roberts finished in 37th place, and Elsie Riley was 69th. The Lady Marshals have no seniors on their roster.
