The LPGA Tour is back in action this week after a bit of a break and Emma Talley is in the field for the Pelican Women’s Championship in Belleair, Florida, near Tampa.

Like many things because of the COVID pandemic, the Pelican was put on hold, pushed back from its original date in May. This is the inaugural year for the event.

Once again this week, there will be no spectators at the LPGA Tour tournament.

Action gets underway on Thursday in the 72-hole event.

Talley will begin the tournament at 11:37 a.m. Thursday morning Eastern time, 10:37 Thursday morning Central time.

Talley will start on the No. 10 tee.

The field is loaded this week, with eight of the top 10 in the Rolex Rankings teeing it up at the Pelican’s Women’s Championship.

The field of 108 players will compete for a share of the $1.5 million purse.

Talley is 63rd on the LPGA Tour money list this season. In 13 events, Talley has made $132,230.

Talley’s career earnings are now over $670,000.
