Taiveyhon Mason Selected First-Team All-MSC

Former Christian County standout Taiveyhon Mason has been honored by the Mid-South Conference.

Mason, who just finished his senior season as a guard at Campbellsville, has been named first-team all-conference.

Mason led the Tigers in scoring this season at 19.5 points a game.

He was named second-team all-conference as a junior.

The Mid-South Conference announced its award winners for the 2020-21 men’s basketball season on Friday.

Shawnee State’s EJ Onu was named the MSC Player of the Year and the Randy Vernon Defensive Player of the Year. Georgetown’s Derrin Boyd, a Caldwell County grad, was named MSC Freshman of the of the Year. Delano Thomas of Shawnee State was voted as Coach of the Year by his peers.
