Livingston Central guard Max Downey’s third point of the first quarter Monday against Lyon County gave the Cardinal senior 1,000 points for his career.
Downey’s 1,000th point came on a putback. He finished the game with 24 points and wraps up his LCHS career with 1,021. He is the third Cardinal in three seasons to reach 1,000 points joining Cameron Dean and Seth Hosick.
