The Hopkinsville Lady Tigers were among the eight teams to take part in Saturday’s Colonel Classic at Henderson County High School. The Lady Tigers scored a total of 50 points on the day, good enough for 5th place at the meet.
Henderson County took 1st place on the day with 167 points. Apollo finished second with 95 points. Owensboro placed third with 90 points, while Christian County took 4th with 56 points.
Allison Wood brought home a first-place finish for Hopkinsville, taking the win in the 1600 meters.
