Falcon Tracksters Take Fourth at Gullo Twilight Relays

Fort Campbell had a strong showing at the Chuck Gullo Twilight Relays Friday, bringing home a fourth-place finish at Marshall County High School.

The Falcons had five finishes inside the top-5 which helped them score 61 points as a team. Marshall County won with 126 points with Mayfield second with 82 points.

The track meet, which honors long-time Marshall County track and cross country coach Chuck Gullo, offers several hybrid relay events in addition to normal jumping and relay events.

Aidan Fix – 2nd in the 800-meter run [2:24.94]

Nathan Kovacevic – 3rd in the 800-meter run [2:27.65]; 12th in the triple jump [34-00.50]

Niklas Sujanani – 3rd in the long jump [19-05]

Darrion Hutson – 4th in the 110-meter hurdles [19.27]

Amari Waddy – 5th in the triple jump [35-10]; 6th in the high jump [5-04]; 19th in the 1600-meter run [5:40.58]

John Montalvo – 6th in the 110-meter hurdles [20.64]; 7th in the triple jump [35-04]

Jeremiah Holley – 6th in the long jump [18-09]

DaQuan Robinson – 7th in the high jump [5-02]

Deontez Jenkins – 7th in the high jump [5-02]

Cole MacMurry – 7th in the pole vault [8-06]

Rashawn Dayee – 9th in the javelin throw [75-05]; 20th in the shot put [32-07.50]

Chance Bryant – 10th in the pole vault [7-06]

Jarrett Barker – 13th in the shot put [36-11.50]

Aaron Box – 20th in the javelin throw [54-00]; 27th in the 1600-meter run [6:22.25]

 

The 800-meter relay team came in second place in 1:37.72.

The 400-meter relay team was fourth in a time of 47.47.

The 1600-meter relay team was seventh with a time of 4:12.29.

The 3200-meter relay team was fifth with a time of 9:40.46.

The 800-meter sprint medley relay team was fifth in 1:49.71.

The 4×110-meter shuttle hurdle team was third in 39.91.
