Lyon County is headed to the 2nd Region baseball championship game for the first time in school history after turning back 2019 champ Hopkinsville 4-2 Sunday night.
The Lyons will take on Henderson County in Monday’s 7 p.m. championship contest, which is scheduled to be played at University Heights Academy.
Sunday’s semifinals were moved to Hopkinsville High.
