Christian County’s Landon Hunt opened Saturday’s Bluegrass Golf Tour stop at Kentucky Dam Village with a +1 on the front nine and held on to top Trigg County’s Haydon Reynolds by a stroke to take the top spot in the 12-14 division.
Hunt logged a pair of birdies on the front to make the turn at 37, before finishing +4 on the back for a 77.
Reynolds birdied the opening hole and finished +3 on the front. He started the back nine with a birdie and added another on 17, finishing runner-up with a 78.
Fort Campbell’s Mitchel Petros finished in a tie for third with a +12 84. He was 9-over on the front before settling down for a 39 on the back.
Caldwell County’s Collin Whittington shot an 86 to finish sixth, including a birdie on the par-5 eighth hole.
