Hopkinsville High alum Chase Atkins has been named Second-Team All-State in the 1600-meter run by the Kentucky Track and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Atkins took third place at the Class 3A State Track and Field Meet in the 1600-meter run with a time of 4:19.32, breaking the school record he already owned by over two seconds.
