A Top 15 finish from Michael Webb led the way for the Christian County cross country team Saturday at the Mater Dei Invite in Evansville. Webb finished his run in a time of 19:37.0 which placed him 14th in the boys’ race.
Trevor Monroe, of Castle High School, won the boys race with a time of 16:55.7.
Other runners from Christian County at Mater Dei were:
Joseph Parker – 24:02.2 – 46th place
James Thom Miles – 24:20.1 – 49th place
Hector Munez – 24:54.6 – 51st place
Eli Harrison – 25:04.1 – 52nd place
In the girls’ race for Christian County, Jakiyah Oates finished 27th with a time of 27:43.5 and Alyssa Adler took 28th with a time of 27:46.3.
