Trigg County freshman Hayden Reynolds shot an 80 in difficult conditions at the 1st Region golf tournament last week at the Country Club of Paducah.
That was good enough to earn him a berth at the state tournament in Bowling Green this week after just four golfers carded rounds in the 70s.
The guys’ state tourney is set for Friday and Saturday with a practice round on Thursday.
