Caldwell County goalkeeper Corbin Nichols made a key save in the shootout as the Tigers survived 1-0 against University Heights Academy in the 2nd Region tournament semifinals Wednesday in Hopkinsville.
Caldwell will play Henderson County for the regional title Thursday at 6:00.
