Hoptown Runners Compete at King and Queen of the West

Hopkinsville sent for runners to the starting line Saturday as they hosted the King and Queen of the West Cross Country Invitational Saturday at Hopkinsville Community College.

Savior Schaal led the Tiger runners with a 54th place finish in a time of 22:41. Brunson Boyette was 59th in 22:55. Kentrell Adams finished in 70th place for the Tigers, and Jonathon Bridges was 75th.

Hoptown did not have the necessary five runners compete in order to accumulate a team score. Hopkinsville will run in Class 3A Region 1 cross country meet Saturday at Muhlenberg County.
