Senior Walker Ashby and the Heritage Christian Academy Warriors picked up the program’s first KCAA state soccer title with a 1-0 victory over Assumption Academy on Friday.
Afterward, Ashby talked about the effect first-year head coach Clint Willis had in guiding the Warriors to the title.
