Emma Talley Ties for 61st in South Korea

A consistent week of golf netted Emma Talley a 61st place showing in the BMW Ladies Championship in Busan, South Korea.

Talley carded rounds of 71, 73, 71 and 73 to finish at even-par 288 for the 72-hole event.

The Caldwell County grad was one of nine players to finish in a tie for 61st. That group each earned $4,448.

Only 84 players began play on Thursday in the no-cut event.

Jin Young Ko shot a final-round 64 and claimed medalist honors in a playoff with Hee Jeong Lim after both finished 72 holes at LPGA International Busan 22-under par.

Next up on the LPGA Tour is the Pelican Women’s Championship in Belleair, Florida, Nov. 11-14.

The season then ends with the CME Group Tour Championship Nov. 18-21 in Naples, Florida.
