Grace Waldron Stewart played on Heritage Christian Academy’s last KCAA state championship volleyball team in 2011. Her coach was Eldridge Rogers. Stewart coached the Lady Warriors to the state title Saturday and says Rogers, who died in May, was on the minds of both her and the team throughout the season and in the tournament.
