Madisonville North-Hopkins High School senior Camryn LaGrange has been named the region player of the year and earned All-State honors based on voting by the coaches.

LaGrange was voted player of the year by the Second Region coaches last month.  She was named to the Kentucky High School Soccer Coaches Association All-State First Team last week.

LaGrange scored 47 goals and handed out 32 assists in helping the Lady Maroons to a 16-6-1 record and a trip to the region championship game.

She finishes her career as Madisonville’s all-time leading scorer with 146 goals despite missing most of her junior season with a knee injury.  She currently ranks eighth all-time among Second Region players.
