After helping the Trigg County girls’ soccer team to a 10-7-1 record during her senior season, the Lady Wildcats’ Bailey Boone extended her soccer career by signing with Campbellsville University-Harrodsburg on Thursday.
With no upperclassmen on the roster last season, the Pioneers were 2-3-1 in an abbreviated 2021 campaign.
Boone scored a goal and added an assist as a senior as the Lady Wildcats finished as 5th-District runners-up and lost to Hopkinsville in the opening round of the 2nd-Region tournament.
After making her commitment official, Boone said the small school atmosphere at Campbellsville Harrodsburg felt like home.
