Colonels Take 6th at Paducah Tilghman Invitational

The Christian County track and field team finished in sixth place Saturday at the Paducah Tilghman Invitational.

The Colonels scored 44 points. Paducah Tilghman easily outdistanced McCracken County to claim the team title.

COLONEL RESULTS

Cyrus Greenwade II – 3rd in the 200-meter dash (24.40)

Demetrius Holloway – 3rd in the 300-meter hurdles (45.36); 7th in the 110-meter hurdles (19.66)

Jermaine Dove – 5th in the 200-meter dash (24.59)

Jarae Leavell – 6th in the 100-meter dash (12.30)

Camden Britton – 6th in the 1600-meter run (4:57.80)

Zamien Matlock – 7th in the 200-meter dash (24.70); 9th in the 100-meter dash (12.59)

Christopher McCarley – 7th in the discus throw (107-02); 9th in the shot put (37-05)

Michael Webb – 9th in the 1600-meter run (5:08.20)

Jiren Williams – 10th in the 400-meter dash (58.80)

Hector Munoz – 11th in the 400-meter dash (59.10)

J.T. Miles – 12th in the 800-meter run (2:32.40)

The 800-meter relay team of Jarae Leavell, Cyrus Greenwade II, Zamien Matlock, and Jermaine Dove finished in 2nd place with a time of 1:35.31. The same group finished 7th in the 400-meter relay a time of 53.70 seconds.

The 1600-meter relay team of Jermaine Dove, Jarae Leavell, Demetrius Holloway, and Cyrus Greenwade II finished third in 3:42.17.
